[PilotMgr] Unable to Sync Palm IIIxe

Hi.

We just got a media center in our new Field Office and I'm trying to sync
my work calendar with my Palm. I configured the properties but I get an error message whenever I try to sync... 'Unable to connect to the Pilot. Sync aborted'. Any hints? I'd appreciate it if someone could email me their work number and talk me through this.
