  I forgot to add that both UHCI and OHCI USB cards are rumoured
  to work in pci based Ultra systems. However, I have had a few 
  problems with UHCI cards.
  
  Also, be sure to firmly seat the card in the PCI slot. The
  OpenBoot POST tests exhibit almost random failure types if the
  cards are not properly seated.
