[PilotMgr] PDASYNC memo conduit

Sorry if this has already been answered,

Solaris 8, PDASYNC, brand new palmIIIxe

here's the problem:

MemoSync Conduit: copied desktop records to handheld
Backing up handheld databases...
Not writing out user information to handheld,
due to conduit synchronization errors.
Synchronization aborted.
