I am answering my own question. I was having problems with configuring 
Installer V 1.008 because after selecting a file, nothing was showing up in the 
Configuring Installer box of databases to be installed.

I  just downloaded and installed v1.009-ea2. Now everything works with 
Installer. BTW, what is the difference between Installer 1.009-ea2 and 
1.009-ea versions?
