[PilotMgr] MultifileSelect not always working

I have a Palm IIIc (OS 3.5.0), and I am using it with PilotManager 1.107.
I use PilotManager everyday at work on my Ultra5 Sparc.I love the program.

Lately, When I highlight a prc file in the MultiFileSelect box and then click
on "Accept", I do not get the file appearing in the Configuring Installer box.
When I then do a hotsync, I don't get the file loading onto the Palm.
This is a new occurrence because in the past, slected files in MultiFileSelect would appear in the Configuring Installer box and could be loaded. 

Any one have a solution? I do not receive any error message.I did install the OS3.5 patch for PilotMgr.pm that was posted on October 3.
