I am unable to sync my palm M100 to my Ultra 1 workstation.
Error message: Unable to connect to the Pilot. Sync aborted.
I have installed the software as instructed. I think I have the correct cable - it is the cable that came with my Palm M100. I've also looked at the serial port configuration using admintool. The only permission difference is /dev/ttya nd /dev/ttyb is owned by root instead of sys - but I am unable to change that since I do not have root access.
One other note: I am remotely logged into my system - that shouldn't affect anything?
