Hi Suzy,

	It seem to me that you didn't set environment variable for Pilot 
communication. The message shown that pilotmgr didn't know what's /dev/pilot. 
	
	Kinldy try set PILOTPORT and PILOTRATE variable.
	
	1. What is your serial port?. If port 1, try to set
	   PILOTPORT=/dev/ttya if port2 then PILOTPORT=/dev/ttyb
	   However, the setting maybe different depend on machine type.
	   
	2. Next is to setup speed(actually should be no issue)
	   PILOTRATE=38400 and also set at Palm Pilot too(in system categories)
	   to same speed.
	   
	Hopefully it works.
