[PilotMgr] PalmPilot help please

PalmPilot Users,

I am trying to set up pilotmgr on my system (U5) to sync
with calendar, mail, memo, todo, etc.  I downloaded
and unzipped the files.  The pilotmanager tool is running.
However, I cannot "run" the app.

What is the next step?  Here is the error message:

"Error: Don't have read/write permissions on /dev/pilot!
(On Solaris owner/group/perms should be root/sys/666)"
