[PilotMgr] Help!

Somebody please give me some ideas here...

I've just moved to Flexible office and no longer have access to a desktop..hence
no more sync'ing, backing up my pilot. :-(

I have access to a lab machine and can pull up pilotmanager remotely (with my
palm connected to it's serial port)...but it doesn't work...I don't understand
why it wouldn't... when I log in to that machine's console, it works fine. Why?

Our whole group uses these things religiously. If possible, I'd like to use
this machine as a pilotsyncing server...where anyone can drop their pilot in,
log in remotely, and sync their pilot. I am simply lost without this
functionality... someone please give me some ideas... everyone logging into the
console on this machine really isn't practical..

Is this even possible? Or *must* I wait for if/when USB/Serial connections are
supported through SunRay...targeted for June....but I can't wait that long!

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Patti
