FO, FO, it's off to work we go.
You need to run the software ON the machine with the serial port, else it
won't see it. Had lots of fun doing a restore to mine yesterday with
a bare-bones machine.
Word is that 1) there will be NISsed lab machines (real ones, not SunRay)
so that you can login as normal, and 2) there may be real machines, with
things like CDROMs and working audio sprinkled throughout both floors
(here at UITA01). The SunRays are nice (fast enough and all), but USB
connectivity is a must (the ports are there, turn one around) and just how
can you listen to WSUN?
