[PilotMgr] Suggestions for PilotManager on Multiple Systems.

I've been using PM on a system here at work for over a year now and have been very happy with it.  I'm looking at setting it up at home as well so I can keep the data synced in both places but I know that is used to cause me problems with the Mac sync software.

Any suggestions on keeping the Pilot and the two computers happy in this configuration?
