[PilotMgr] Re: Unable to hotsync to Ultra10

Hello:

I am not a very technical person who just aquired a PamlVII and I am 
trying to get it to work with the Ultra10 I have as a desktop. I followed
the installation instructions but I am getting an error message.

Has anyone experienced this? I tried the tip regarding the configuration
of the serial ports but no luck. The error message reads as follow:

The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not
be established. Please check your set up and try again!

Any assistance and/or advice is greatly appreciated.
