One more comment:

- PDAsync cuts up my >4k memos into 4k chunks with new titles (meaning new
  first lines too) -- eg. Integration_0 and Integration_1.  Of course the
  basic problem here is the Palm's limitation to 4k memos.  I'm not sure
  what I think of this yet but I was happy with the way SyncMemo handled 
  it.  Changing the title lines means I have to change the Makefiles that
  manage these files on my desktop.

I don't know.  pdasync is `pretty' and its conduits are java so that's
cool but it doesn't really do anything of significance better than
PilotManager so until I hear that APIs are available for writing conduits
I think I'm going to switch back.
