[PilotMgr] Calendar sync overwrites access privileges

Hi.

Each time I do a sync between my Pilot and Calendar
Manager ("Pilot overwrites Desktop"), the access
privileges in Calendar Manager get wiped out and
I have to re-enter everyone's names/privileges.

Is there a way that I can have my Pilot overwrite
my Calendar Manager while saving the access privileges?

I'm using PPM 1.107 and SyncCM 1.102.
