SyncMemo

This is really for Alan, but there may be others....

SyncMemo by default spits out a lot of messages (one per memo, even if they
match).  It seems to me that you once posted a config change or mod to
SyncMemo that changed that behavior so that it didn't print anything when
it didn't do anything.  I've somehow trashed my installation of this and
I'm back to the vanilla behavior.  If you'll repost the mod or point me to
a web site I _promise_ I'll save the directions this time so I can fix it
myself without asking again!
