Thanksgiving is "The 4th Thursday of every 12th month"

Select the repeat feature, then select "month", "Every 12 Month(s)",
and "Repeat by (Day)".


Too bad there is not a "... and the next day, too" checkbox for holidays
like Thanksgiving.
