loading holidays

any tips on loading repeating holidays into DateBook?  for instance, how
do you specify Thanksgiving?  do you use "repeat by month" or "repeat by
week" or another?

i found some *.dba files at places like Palm Central, but i assume i
cannot use them unless i'm syncing on a PC, correct?
