The authors of this software don't use CDE.. believe me, it works in openwin!

However, it does require a recent version of the CDE *libraries* (doesn't
mean running CDE- some of these libs are still used in openwin), specifically
/usr/dt/lib/libcsa.so.

Please see the CDE FAQ on the web page for more info.  Unfortunately, you do
need to upgrade your OS from 2.5.

The reason SyncCM has this requirement is that older versions of the libcsa
library were buggy..
