SyncMemo undeletes pilot memos

  To be more accurate, using FullSync or FastSync, when SyncMemo 
detects a memo on the HD and not on the Pilot it is creating a 
new memo on the Pilot.

  This would be great if I had created the memo on the HD, but 
it was placed there during a previous sync from the Pilot.  
After I delete the memo on the Pilot and sync again, the memo 
is back in the Pilot, rather than deleted from the HD.

  No, I'm not using "Blow away Pilot".  Yes, I'm using PM 1.106 
and SyncMemo 1.6.
