Hi!
I'm currently running the software without any problems on my system.
However, a co-worker who's using the same software runs into the
following problem - when they press the sync on both the pilot manager
software and the hotsync cradle, the "Connected" message appears
indicating that the s/w and Pilot are communicating with each other on
the serial port.
However, at the next step - identifying the pilot user - pilotmanager
just hangs and gets nothing. After a while, the Pilot on the cradle
times out and tells me that the connection was lost and the sync
failed.
Does anyone have any idea why pilot manager fails during the
identification phase?
Thanks in advance!
