Yeas it will, and if you don't already have Datebk3 just get it and don't
even think about it. It is the single best app available for the Palm. As
for why it works with SyncPlan: datebk3 uses the same database as the
original Datebook. The data is enhanced in a seperate database. This is
why you can still run Datebook and see all your appointments.
