How do I install the PalmOS 3.0.2 update?

I fetched the .zip file from 3com.com .  I unzip'd it.  Using pilotmgr
I invoked File -> Installer -> Configure .  I clicked on Add ... .  I navigated
to where the prc file was located.  I selected it.  I then invoked
File -> Installer -> Run .  I get this in the status window:

09/01/98  9:25:00   Synchronizing using the Installer conduit
09/01/98  9:25:00   Error installing UPD302.prc
09/01/98  9:25:01   Installed 1 applications/databases
09/01/98  9:25:01   Synchronization complete

Can someone assist me in identifying the problem and resolving it?
