Ron,

SyncAB is a perl script, and it's under the contrib directory in the pilotmgr 
distribution.  This is becuase it's current beta quality.  I am informally 
maintaining this for the moment as Alan is focussed on other things.
I am gradually improving the vCard handling, but there is a way to go before we 
have full bi-directional sync.  If you want I can send you my work in progress.
