1.1-BETA-6 questions

I just grabbed the latest 1.1-Beta-6 release and am having trouble. 
I get the following error and can't use the SyncCM conduit. Anybody
know what I might be doing wrong?

09/29/97 17:59:13   Connected.
09/29/97 17:59:17   Synchronizing using the Backup conduit
09/29/97 17:59:29   27 databases successfully backed up
09/29/97 17:59:29   Expiring archive: 1997-09-29 10:07:37
09/29/97 17:59:30   Synchronizing using the SyncCM conduit
09/29/97 17:59:30   mbier@taller is in an obsolete data format
                    It must be updated to the CDE format before
                    SyncCM can interface with it.
09/29/97 17:59:30   Error: fail at ./PilotManager line 1774
09/29/97 17:59:30   No changes
09/29/97 17:59:30   SyncCM encountered an error during operation
                    To avoid causing further complications, the next
                    calendar sync will be a full sync.
09/29/97 17:59:30   Synchronization complete



Also, previously SyncCM conduit complained that:

09/29/97 17:51:07   SyncCM has been upgraded.  A full sync is required
09/29/97 17:51:08   mbier@taller is in an obsolete data format

Does this ring a bell with anyone?
