I got this last week when I first got my pilot.

Look at man page for /usr/dt/bin/sdtcm_convert.  Even though my
callog file said version 4, I think there may be different versions
of version 4.  Try converting it with sdtcm_convert and try again.
It worked for me.  Running 2.6.
