SyncCM and CSA update

Hi, guys --

	I've just heard back from the local CDE folks.  Apparently,
	CDE 1.1 FCS never shipped as a product.  If you're inside
	Sun, you can get and install the package on your machine.
	However, if you're outside Sun you can't get this package.
	Your only option is to go to Solaris 2.6 and get CDE 1.2
	(which works like a charm).
	
	I am going to investigate CDE 1.1_50 and see if it has all the
	functionality that SyncCM needs.  I believe that I did this in
	the past and that it was lacking a few critical components, but
	I'm going to check again.  I'll summarize to the mailing list
	when I have some more details.
