[PilotMgr] SyncCM dumps core

Ok, I've been using this for quite a while with good success...
and now I'm transferring stuff to my new Workstation... When I 
run "Setup" if fails on the calendar part:

(new machine = mustang. old machine = sporstster, and I can get to
sportster from other dtcm instances)

Then, when I try to SyncCM, PilotManager will disappear and print
