[PilotMgr] Question about AvantGo

Greetings:
I'm trying to get the conduit installed to get my Web content from AvantGo, and 
it appears that this URL: http://slug.arlut.utexas.edu/~jbaughmn/pilotmgr/ is no 
longer available. The instructions have me retrieving a file: wget 
http://slug.arlut.utexas.edu/~jbaughmn/pilotmgr/patches/malsync/malsync-conduit-
diffs.txt that I can no longer get. Is there another source for these files? Has 
this website been moved to a new location?

Thanks in advance for any help, advice, words of wisdom, etc...
