[PilotMgr] CDE PDA Sync

Does anyone know the official process to move from pilot mgr to CDE's
PDA sync?

I've looked at the web site:

But I'm not technical enough to figure out some of the instructions

(like what build of solaris I'm running)

Is there a simple process for a software illiterate like me?
