[PilotMgr] Looking for recommendations regarding upgrading Palms

I am going to be upgrading my Palm this week from a IIIish to a Vish model.

Besides doing a full backup before the change, what other things should I
expect to need to do so that a) the transition is relatively painless and
b) PilotManager continues to serve well?

For instance, I don't expect that I want to do a restore of my backup -
there are probably crufty libraries from Palm sitting in that directory
that I won't want. However, I do want to get my calendar entries, to do list,
memos, and address book WITH CATEGORIES, and I will want to paw through the
apps to make sure that the apps, and their data files, get moved over.

Anyone else work through this?
