[PilotMgr] install: it says right Tk is wrong.

I just downloaded the stuff from the site.
untared pilotmgr and the tk module.
When I run PilotManager it says:

My intall of PERL is 5.004 with 5.003 compatibility, but no Tk.
I downloaded the proper Tk (Irix) and untared in the same place as
pilotmgr.
Why is it that it says that I
    "...do not have the correct binary of the Tk module
    installed in either your PilotManager distribution or your perl
installation" ?
when I just downloaded and installed it as instructed? What am I
missing?

Any hints?
