[PilotMgr] Visor support?

The Visor (or maybe it's Palm OS 3.5, I don't know which) supports a
new appointment type: a "floating" appointment. It serves,
effectively, as a combination appointment/todo item.

Unfortunately, the records returned by PilotSync::doSync don't seem to
capture that information. Which, I guess, isn't surprising. Before I
go digging, am I missing something or is someone else working on this?

P.S. I now have working, "alpha" SyncXmlAB and SyncXMLDB conduits, if
anyone would like to play with them, please let me know. I plan to
write a BBDB->XML/XML-Merge tool to support BBDB<->Pilot
syncing. (Yeah, it's not necessarily ideal, but XML is my hammer, man! :-)

I haven't considered writing SyncXmlTodo and/or SyncXmlMemo, but if
someone would really like them, let me know...they ought to be pretty
easy by comparison.
