[PilotMgr] SyncTime v1.02 & PalmOS 3.3

If this has been covered before, sorry.  I don't keep up with the
pilotmanager alias as I should

I recently upgraded my palm 3 to palmos 3.3.  Now when I use
the synctime conduit, the pilot errors out and needs asks to be
reset.

I don't have exact error message in front of me at this time, but
I'll reeneablel synctime when I get to work and send it out if need be.

Has anyone else experienced this w/synctime?  I'm using perl
5.003, tcl/tk versions 8.0.3/8.0.3.
