[PilotMgr] Perl Tk docs?

  Trying to make a few GUI changes to my conduit but am having a hard
time understanding how to use certain widgets.  The demos in the lib/perl5/Tk/demos
directory are helpful, but don't tell me everything.  Reading the Tk demos
doesn't help since syntax is different.

  Also, I have used a few widgets that don't get affected by the "Use color scheme"
option.  These widgets are always grey.  It makes certain parts of the GUI look
strange.  Any tips?
