[PilotMgr] New Mail conduit

I've modified the PopSync conduit to download a mail folder to the Palm. People
here wanted this functionality so they could browse their email in meetings and
such.

Currently it works like this:

  Incoming email is copied to a user specified location - using a .forward file.

  MailSync reads from this location, and downloads the messages to the Palm.

  MailSync then optionally empties this folder, so it only ever contains new
  (unread my MailSync messages).

The good thing about this solution is that it allows mail readers like Netscape,
which move mail into folders to behave as normal.

Theres nothing to stop a user specifying a Netscape (or whatever folder), but
they might not get to download all their email in this way, depending on filters
and sorters etc.

Any thoughts, suggestions, requests etc ?

I'll be happy to post the code when I've cleaned it up a little.
