Once you have netsync.prc installed on the pilot, you can use your Palm
Desktop on Windows (if you are using the latest version >3.0, its 3.01,
I think) to connect to you UNIX host. In the Hotsync Application in
options select the name of the host to connect to and set the sync
type to LanSync (I have the german OS version, so this description is
probably not very accurate concerning the names of the options).
When you then press the hotsync button the pilot will connect to the
given workstation via TCP/IP. In PilotManager you have to set the Pilot
Port to "." (a dot, without the quotes) for a network connection.

Just a warning: Some of the conduits of PilotManager are not safe
against hotsync to multiple computers. You will get duplicates and/or
lost items, so be careful.
