[PilotMgr] Need Help again!

Thanks for all the great support so far so good,
I have been able to hotsync from my workstation to
the pilot but not viceversa because I get the following
error message:

The connection between yout handheld computer and the desktop
could not be established. Please check your setup and try again.

Please help!
