Hi Folks,

I'm a bit late with my follow-up to the Y2k/freeware-thread in this list, but 
since I experienced good and fast support for problems with my Pilot, I had to 
add another aspect.

Not only that the PilotMgr-SW is excellent (successfully in use every day), not 
only that the PilotMgr-SW is free, there is also good and fast support by the 
authors in case of a problem! It is at least as good as "professional" 
hot-lines.
