It would be no different than through a remote sun system on SWAN.

I have done just this sort of thing - installed PilotManager on my
SS5 at home, then configured SyncCM on that installation to sync to
my calendar back on my desktop.  My SS5 connects in through the
modem pool, and the main problem I had with doing a sync on both my
home machine and my desktop machine was that I managed to configure
SyncCM slightly differently on each (different date range settings),
which caused some appointments to get deleted or reinserted strangely.
