Upgraded to 3.3 and syncs don't work

Hello,

I have just upgraded to version 3.3 of the Palm OS and now my syncs don't work.  I didn't know about the SyncTime and my palm crashed.  I reset it and now it won't sync to Pilotmanager.  It hangs on Retrieving user info.  I then have to kill Pilotmanager.  My palm disconnects and says there is a problem talking.

Please help.
