HotSync Error

If anyone can help me with this problem, I'd sure appreciate it.

I start the HotSync in both the PilotManager and the PalmPilot.
Everything seems to go fine until it is about 3/4 way through the "Loading Pilot Date Book" when the 
following is printed in my terminal window.
