SyncMemo and Palm OS v3.3

Has any one else noticed that SyncMemo no longer deletes files from disk?
When I have deleted a file on the Pilot SyncMemo puts it back!
And when I modify a memo on the pilot I end up with two memos on the Pilot,
the Original and the modified one!

I have in the configuration settings "Use Filemerge" set to true and Sync type defaults to Full.

I'm sure it worked fine before the upgrade.

Any one else notice this?
