Incomplete Backups

If nothing else, then maybe this will be a problem notification.
I have 1.107 Pilot Manager.  I alternately get 

	Error backing up 'AddressDB'
	
It appears only the dates where Errors are reported are the 
archived dates.  Successful Backups haven't saved Archives for
some reason.  My Pilot got wiped and the all important Address
Book is not available to be restored.  And yes, I use the Sun
backup as my only one for the last 6 months.

Anyone know why this backup of data isn't occurring or where
there might be another copy?  Where do old backups go?
