OT: title of EditAB and ToDoClient

Hi there,

I´m sorry for being a little OT, but I have a small problem.
The EditAB Icon in wmaker (linux) has a small title and gives a pop-up
when the mouse is over it saying Address Book.
The ToDoClient Icon does not offer such information. And when I use
other Tcl/Tk-Apps that don´t give the info, I get mixes up quickly.
Is there a way I can set this title of the icon?
