How do I get the Setup program to ignore softdist and look at my local directory?

I'm inside Sun and just ran the "Setup" program for pilotmgr v1.07 but get the
following errror and don't know how to fix it. I did download perl5 stuff too
but the setup program doesn't seem to let me use my version I downloaded. What
do I do to fix this?
