Strange error during my CM synchronization

Hi,

Does anyone has already obtains this following error during the CM 
synchronization:

	Error Csa add_entry failed
	
I'm running PilotManager version 1.107 with a PalPilot V.

In spite of this error, the synchronization seems to be in order.
