Jon,
This is most likely a bug in handyshopper. I had similar
experiences with "MicroMoney". It would cause the restore to hang
and require a hard reset. I got around it by installing MicroMoney
*before* restoring its database.
Does the handyshopper PDB get restored before the PRC? If so, maybe
reversing the order would work for you.
