To Do Client v0.250 Available

This version makes the following changes:

- Up to 16 categories are now available, and only the ones defined show
up in menus.

- Displayed task list is now a list, instead of text.  This will
eventually allow
  selection of an item for editing or deletion.

- Completed items are displayed in a separate list.

- "Edit" pulldown was added, the "New Item" selection was moved to this
menu, and
  a "Delete Completed Items" selection was added.

- "Sort" pulldown was added, with 3 different sort orders available.
Once data is
  sorted, it may be saved with new sort order (app will prompt if not
saved).

- When adding more than one new item, no data is carried forward from
the last add.

- Data validation added when entering a new item.  This includes not
only required
  fields, but date checking (leap years too!).

- A "Show Category" filter was added, to allow viewing only items in a
certain
  category.

- Bug Fix - New items created are now assigned the category selected.
In previous
  versions, they were all assigned to Unfiled, even when a category was
selected.
