How about bumping some kind of version number when you make changes?
It's kind of hard to tell exactly what code I have when there are
multiple versions of code for the same number. It looks like there have
been 4 releases of 1.107. How about changing to the proposed numbering
scheme below.

Current  Proposed  Description
1.107    1.107.0   first 1.107 release
1.107    1.107.1   Bugfix for SyncAB conduit
1.107    1.107.2   minor update for broken menu item
1.107    1.107.3   Update to SyncMail/Bugfix to PilotSync

If the tarball changes, I believe there should be a different version
number. It seems like it would be easier to report bugs and help others
if users could check the version number to make sure they had the same
software. It seems like binary package management tools would find
different version numbers useful, although the package maintainers may
be able to get around the problem by appending another number.

Almost forgot, thanks for the software. It's great!
