SyncPlan and Backup problems

Hi,
I have pilotmgr up and running, but something strange has started to occur
this morning. I'm running three conduits SyncPlan, SyncTime and Backup.
SyncPlan reports:
04/09/99 10:17:23 Connected.
04/09/99 10:17:39 Synchronizing using the SyncPlan conduit
04/09/99 10:17:39 Loading pilot records:
04/09/99 10:17:40 Synchronizing pilot called 'Jim_Ballantine_15409'
04/09/99 10:17:47 Done reading records
04/09/99 10:17:48 SyncPlan did not complete cleanly.
Error Failed to lock record 36.
at ./PilotManager line 2290
Trying to continue.
Then SyncTime appears to run correctly:
04/09/99 10:17:48 Synchronizing using the SyncTime conduit
04/09/99 10:17:48 Setting time on pilot..
And the Backup reports:
04/09/99 10:17:55 Synchronizing using the Backup conduit
04/09/99 10:17:55 Starting Backup..
04/09/99 10:17:55 Error backing up '2000crisis'
04/09/99 10:17:56 Error backing up 'AddressDB'
04/09/99 10:17:56 Error backing up 'AppList'
[ and continuing through all files until ]
04/09/99 10:18:23 Error backing up 'mew3moox.cdb'
04/09/99 10:18:23 73 WERE NOT backed up!
04/09/99 10:18:24 Unable to fully expire modified archive: 1999-04-09
08:43:23
04/09/99 10:18:25 Synchronization complete
Backup last ran cleanly 4/1 and SyncPlan on 4/7.
Any ideas on the problem??

This is perl, version 5.005_02 built for sun4-solaris
